The Sri Lanka Police have called for applications to fill 25 vacancies in the Police Medical Services Division.
According to the Police Media Division, positions are available for Consultant Surgeons, Physicians, Radiologists, Clinical Nutritionists, Anaesthesiologists, Medical Officers, and Dentists.
The detailed announcement was published in the Government Gazette No. 2456, dated September 26, 2025. The closing date for applications is October 27, 2025.
Specialist doctors will be appointed as Sub-Service Senior Superintendents of Police, while Medical Officers and Dentists will be recruited as Sub-Service Assistant Superintendents of Police.
