According to Police, the procession will commence near the Ampitiya Devalaya, proceed along the Ambalangoda–Elpitiya main road, and continue up to the Mahaedanda junction.
Police further advised the public to use alternative routes during the procession, as the Ambalangoda–Elpitiya road also serves as the main access route to the Kurundugahahatekma interchange of the Southern Expressway, where heavy traffic congestion is expected.
