Fort Magistrate Isuru Netthikumarage today ordered the adjournment of the case against Sujeewa Arjuna Senasinghe, who is accused of illegally assembling a luxury V8 vehicle valued at around Rs. 10 million. The case will be taken up again on January 7, 2026.
Although the matter was called for preliminary objections, the Magistrate noted that none had been filed and directed that the case proceed to hearing.
Sujeewa Senasinghe was present in open court when the case was called.
