The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) All Share Price Index (ASPI) reached a new all-time high today (30), closing at 21,778.60 points, marking an increase of 102.30 points from the previous day.

With this, the ASPI has recorded a 36.59% growth during the first nine months of 2025, reflecting sustained investor confidence in the market.

Meanwhile, the S&P SL20 Index also gained 7.32 points, closing at 6,126.53 points at the end of trading.

The day’s trading recorded a turnover of Rs. 6.27 billion, with local purchases amounting to Rs. 6.01 billion and local sales at Rs. 5.65 billion. In contrast, foreign purchases stood at Rs. 284 million, while foreign sales totaled Rs. 646 million.
