The Department of Motor Vehicles (RMV) announced that temporary driving licenses will be issued at the National Transport Medical Institute in Nugegoda starting today (30), for applicants renewing their driving licenses.
Accordingly, the RMV stated that applicants will no longer be required to travel to the RMV office in Werahera to obtain their temporary license.
The department further noted that this new facility is expected to make the license renewal process more convenient and efficient for the public.
