Prime Minister Harini Amarasuriya officially opened the newly constructed “Moon Memorial Museum” at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Peradeniya.

The museum, established to mark over 200 years of Sri Lanka’s botanical heritage, pays tribute to Alexander Moon, who founded the Peradeniya Gardens in 1821.
