A total of 30 individuals were arrested during a special operation carried out in the Maradana area yesterday (27), police said.
According to police, those taken into custody include suspects with pending arrest warrants and others wanted in connection with various criminal activities.
The Sri Lanka Army also assisted in the coordinated operation, which was conducted to enhance public safety and curb rising crime in the area.
