The Parliament of Sri Lanka will convene today (23) at 9.30 a.m., with sessions beginning under Standing Order 22.
From 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m., members will raise questions requiring oral answers, followed by questions under Standing Order 27(2) from 11.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
The main business of the day will be the second reading debate on the National Building Research Institute Bill, scheduled from 11.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Later, from 5.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m., the House will consider an adjournment motion presented by the opposition.
