Issuing of admission cards for the Korean language examination will conclude tomorrow

The Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) has announced that admission cards for the 2025 Korean Language Proficiency Examination, required for employment in South Korea’s manufacturing and fisheries sectors, are now being issued.

Applicants can obtain the necessary forms through the SLBFE’s official website (www.slbfe.lk) until midnight tomorrow (17).

Eligible candidates must be between 18 and 39 years of age, physically fit, with no criminal convictions, color blindness, or spinal deformities. They should not have missing fingers, prior deportation records from South Korea, or experience of working in South Korea for over five years under the E-9 or E-10 visa categories.

The SLBFE further stated that detailed information regarding the exam and admission cards is available on its official website.
