Deputy Minister of Education Dr. Madhura Senewiratne said that the agreement was formally signed between the Chinese Ambassador to Sri Lanka and the Secretary of the Ministry of Education.
Valued at Rs. 5.17 billion, the initiative will benefit thousands of students across the country, easing the financial burden on families and supporting access to education.
