Police have arrested two suspects for the illegal possession of 83 passports belonging to other individuals.
The arrests were made yesterday during a raid in the Horagolla area in Ganemulla. The suspects, a 51-year-old man from Wattala and a 62-year-old woman from Ganemulla, were taken into custody.
According to Police, the passports are believed to have been obtained unlawfully, and further investigations are underway by the Ganemulla Police.
