The Department of Examinations has announced the top performers of the 2025 Grade 5 Scholarship Examination.
According to Commissioner General of Examinations, A.K.S. Indika Kumari, the highest-scoring student in the Sinhala medium is from the Galle District, securing 198 marks.
Meanwhile, in the Tamil medium, the highest score was recorded in the Jaffna District, where a student achieved 194 marks.
