During the briefing, Minister Herath urged the international community to recognize the progress achieved by Sri Lanka and to extend support for national efforts aimed at promoting the rights and well-being of all Sri Lankans.
Senior officials from key government institutions, including the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism, Justice and National Integration, as well as representatives from the Attorney General’s Department, the Office on Missing Persons (OMP), the Office for Reparations (OR), and the Office for National Unity and Reconciliation (ONUR), were also in attendance.
