Five-Vehicle Collision on Colombo–Trincomalee Main Road in Dambulla

A road accident involving five vehicles was reported today in the Poholoran Wewa area, Dambulla, along the Colombo–Trincomalee main road.
According to police, the collision occurred between three vehicles traveling from Colombo to Dambulla and a lorry and a car traveling in the opposite direction towards Colombo.
One individual sustained injuries in the accident and has been admitted to hospital. Further investigations are underway to determine the cause of the collision.
