Colombo National Hospital Deputy Director Dr. Rukshan Bellana has urged politicians and the public to limit visits to former President Ranil Wickremesinghe, who is currently receiving treatment in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Dr. Bellana said the former President’s health condition requires careful monitoring, and a large number of visitors could pose a risk to his recovery.
He stressed that unnecessary visits should be avoided to ensure Wickremesinghe receives the best possible medical care without disturbance.
