A group of lawyers has lodged a complaint against YouTuber Sudantha Tilakasiri, who uploaded a post claiming that former President Ranil Wickremesinghe would be arrested and remanded for 14 days.
Speaking to the media, Attorney-at-Law Nalin Pathirana expressed concerns that the arrest may have been pre-planned.
“We wonder how this YouTuber got to know about the court’s decision even before the judgment was delivered,” he said.
