The Colombo Magistrate’s Court today issued arrest warrants for former State Minister Diana Gamage after she failed to appear in court for a case filed under the Immigration and Emigration Act.
The case was taken up before Colombo Chief Magistrate Thanuja Lakmali Jayatunga.
Warrants were issued due to Gamage's absence during the hearing. The court also issued notices to her sureties.
