Dehiwala night raid nets nine women

A team of officers from the Mount Lavinia Divisional Criminal Investigation Bureau conducted a nighttime raid in the Dehiwala area, arresting nine female suspects involved in street prostitution. 

The suspects, aged between 26 and 51, were identified as residents of Ratmalana, Maharagama, Dehiwala, and Moratuwa.

The arrested women were presented to the Dehiwala Police Station, where further investigations are underway.
