International Tourism Beauty Queen Adithya returned to the island early this morning

Sri Lanka’s Adithya Weliwatta has brought pride to the nation by winning the prestigious title of International Tourism Beauty Queen at the Miss Tourism Universe – 2025 pageant, held in Manila, Philippines, from July 30 to August 8.
Competing against 16 other contestants from around the globe, Weliwatta also secured two special awards Best National Costume and Most Beautiful Photogenic. celebrated singer in Sri Lanka and internationally, Weliwatta returned to the island early this morning (11), arriving at Katunayake International Airport at 12:20 a.m. from Bangkok on Thai Airways flight TG-307.
She was warmly welcomed by officials from the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau, her mother, brother, and national director and trainer Rukmal Senanayake, among others.
