New Hotline Introduced for Bus Complaints in Southern Province

The initiative, launched at the Matara Main Bus Stand, is designed to improve the quality of public transportation by enabling passengers to report issues related to buses and staff directly. 

The launch event was attended by Member of Parliament Ajantha Gammadda and Southern Province Road Passenger Transport Authority Chairman Chandra Nimal, who emphasized the importance of responsive and efficient public transport. The new WhatsApp number allows passengers to submit complaints conveniently.
