Parliament is scheduled to convene today (25th)

From 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., time has been allocated for Questions requiring Oral Answers, while the period from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. has been set aside for Questions under Standing Order 27(2).

From 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., time has been allocated for the presentation of condolence motions in respect of deceased former Members of Parliament.

Accordingly, condolence motions are scheduled to be presented for the late Hon. R. Sampanthan, A.B. Bandara Herath Pilapitiya, W.B. Ekanayake, Lucky Jayawardena, and Malini Fonseka.

Following that, from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., time has been allocated for Questions at the Adjournment of the House.
