SLTB to Recruit Female Drivers and Conductors

The Sri Lanka Transport Board has announced a recruitment drive to hire drivers and conductors on a contract basis,
The initiative seeks to fill 425 vacancies for male drivers and 25 for female drivers. Additionally, 275 male conductors and 25 female conductors will be recruited compulsorily.The deadline for applications set for July 31.
This move aims to bolster the public transport service, which currently operates with over 25,000 staff across 107 depots islandwide.
