Former Minister Rajitha Senaratne has filed an anticipatory bail application before the Colombo Magistrate’s Court, seeking protection from arrest by the Bribery Commission.
Colombo Chief Magistrate Thanuja Lakmali Jayatunga, after considering the application, issued notice to the Bribery Commission to appear in court and present their submissions on July 18.
