Major General Kapila Dolage of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers has been appointed as the 67th Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Army, effective today (26), the Army Headquarters confirmed.
He succeeds Major General Chandana Wickramasinghe, who served in the position since February 2025..
Major General Dolage brings extensive experience and leadership to his new role, further strengthening the Army’s command structure.
