Explosions are heard in Doha after a "credible threat" of an Iranian missile attack on a US-run airbase in Qatar,BBC reported.

Qatar has temporarily closed its airspace and US and UK citizens have been advised to shelter in place

Iran is weighing a response to Saturday's US strikes on its nuclear facilities, which Donald Trump says caused "monumental damage"

Trump will attend a National Security Council meeting shortly, after the White House earlier said he was "simply raising a question" in floating the idea of regime change in Iran

It comes as Israel says it is targeting Tehran with "unprecedented force", including attacks on "access routes" to the Fordo nuclear site and Evin prison

Meanwhile the first evacuation flight for British nationals has left Israel, Foreign Secretary David Lammy says.
