Sri Lankans working in Israel. Please be prepared to remain at your workplaces or in shelters for an extended period of time, as all offices will be closed until further notice.

As a precaution, Israel has suspended flights over its airspace, including routes over the region and Iran, and has rerouted flights between Europe and Asia. This may result in extended travel times for affected flights.

Travel Advisory:

Passengers planning to travel to Israel are advised to postpone their travel until further notice.

Sri Lankan passengers scheduled to depart from Abal are advised to cancel their travel plans in accordance with this notice.

All offices and workplaces have resumed operations.

A nationwide state of emergency has been declared.

Public transportation services are operational. However, residents are advised to move only to safe areas when necessary.

Keep a supply of drinking water and dry food at hand at all times.
