Strike by Supplementary Medical Professionals ends

Council Secretary Mr. Chanaka Dharmavikrama stated that the decision was made out of concern for the difficulties faced by patients during the strike.

However, medical laboratory technologists will continue their strike action, highlighting ongoing dissatisfaction within the sector.

Mr. Dharmavikrama warned that if authorities fail to address their demands, the strike may resume in the future.
