Fire breaks out in a shop at Bokundara, Piliyandala

A fire has reportedly broken out in a shop located in the Bokundara area of Piliyandala .Eyewitnesses say thick smoke was seen billowing from the premises as the flames rapidly spread, prompting immediate calls for emergency assistance. Heaby traffic reported in 120 Colombo - Horana road near Bokundara.
Several fire trucks and teams of firefighters have already been dispatched to the scene in an effort to bring the blaze under control. Authorities have not yet confirmed the cause of the fire, and there have been no immediate reports of casualties.
