Some schools in Kandy to reopen today

 According to the official statement, 24 schools that were granted holidays for the religious observance will reopen today, April 28. Additionally, 37 schools that were used to provide facilities to the public and accommodation for security forces are scheduled to reopen tomorrow, April 29.

The decision to reopen the schools was approved by the Governor of the Central Province, ensuring that educational activities in the region return to normal following the conclusion of the religious event.

Students, parents, and staff have been informed accordingly, and preparations have been made to resume academic activities without disruption.
