Massive drug bust in Kotikawatta: Rs. 900 Million worth of narcotics seized

 During the operation, authorities recovered 13 kilograms of heroin and 3 kilograms of "ice" (crystal methamphetamine) from the possession of a suspect. The suspect, a 27-year-old male, was taken into custody at the scene.

Police said the raid was the result of extensive surveillance and intelligence gathering. The suspect is currently being questioned, and a wider investigation has been launched to uncover the network behind this large-scale drug trafficking operation.

Officials praised the efforts of the Malabe Police team and assured the public that further operations would continue to dismantle drug networks operating in the country.
