Former State Minister S. Viyalendran has been arrested by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption.
The arrested official was presented before the Aluthgama Magistrate's Court, where the court ordered his remand until the 1st of next month. Investigations into the allegations are ongoing.
