President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has reassured the public that the government has taken all necessary steps to ensure the security of all citizens in response to recent intelligence reports. Speaking at a public meeting in Puttalam today (October 24), the President emphasized that swift action has been taken, including the arrest of several suspects.
“We are responsible for the safety of our people, and our intelligence agencies have acted promptly, and authorities have also taken action to arrest a few suspects. I want to assure everyone that we have ensured the safety and security of all citizens of Sri Lanka,” President Dissanayake stated.
