The Election Commission has announced that all candidates contesting the general election on November 14, 2024, must submit declarations of assets and liabilities in accordance with the Anti-Corruption Act No. 09 of 2023.
The Commissioner General of Elections stated that candidates from political parties and independent groups are required to submit these declarations alongside their nomination papers. National list nominees must also submit their declarations of assets and liabilities to the Election Commission and follow the procedure.
