Special traffic plans will be implemented in some areas today 18th September due to the final election rallies of candidates contesting the upcoming presidential election.
The police have decided to implement special traffic plans in Colombo city, Kottawa, Piliyandala and Nugegoda to reduce traffic congestion in and around the areas where the meetings are held.
