A special Convention of the United National Party will be held today 25th August at 2 pm under the patronage of President Ranil Wickremesinghe at Sirikotha, the party headquarters.
Political parties representing the Government and other parties have also been invited.
Some proposals on the UNP’s contribution to the future of Sri Lanka and a proposal to ensure the victory of President Wickremesinghe at the upcoming Presidential Election will also be adopted.
