The Laugfs Gas PLC has also announced a significant reduction in the prices of its Laugfs-branded domestic liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders, effective midnight.
Starting today, the price of the 12.5kg domestic cylinder, bearing the Laugfs brand, will witness a notable decrease of Rs. 275, bringing the maximum retail price (MRP) down to Rs. 3,840 within the Colombo district.
Similarly, the price of the 5kg cylinder will undergo a reduction of Rs. 110, resulting in a new retail price of Rs. 1,542.
Laugfs Gas PLC assures that prices in other regions and pack sizes will also be adjusted in accordance with the reductions announced.
Earlier, the Litro Gas reduced the price of a 12.5 kg domestic Litro LP gas cylinder by Rs.175 from midnight today.
