Two writ petitions challenging the divestiture process of the Lanka Hospital Corporation PLC and Sri Lanka Telecom PLC were voluntarily withdrawn before the Court of Appeal today.
The petitioners, Lyca Leasing Holding Limited and Lyca Mobile SARL, made the decision to withdraw their petitions while preserving their rights to file fresh applications in the future.
