A formal complaint seeking the arrest of former Minister of Health, Keheliya Rambukwella, in connection to the Human Immunoglobulin fraud has been submitted to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) by a group of Members of Parliament from the Samagi Jana Balavega today.
In response to queries from journalists, Member of Parliament Mr. Kavinda Jayawardena expressed strong sentiments, stating that he believes former Minister Keheliya Rambukwella is the mastermind behind the Human Immunoglobulin fraud, emphasizing his convictions on the matter.
