Foreign Minister Ali Sabry has announced Sri Lanka's intention to reopen several overseas missions that were previously closed, along with the establishment of new diplomatic missions.
Minister Sabry said that he will seek Cabinet approval to reopen missions in Iraq, Frankfurt (Germany), and Cyprus.
Additionally, the Foreign Minister revealed plans to open new diplomatic missions in New Zealand, Morocco, and Rwanda. These initiatives aim to strengthen Sri Lanka's diplomatic presence and engagement on the international stage.
