The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) says water supply to several areas will be suspended tomorrow (29) due to maintenance work at the Ratnapura-Udawalawe Water Treatment Plant.
Accordingly, the water supply will be suspended for nine hours, from 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m., in the following areas:
Panahaduwa
Kolambage Ara
97th Mile Post area
98th Mile Post area
The NWSDB has expressed regret for the inconvenience caused to consumers and requested residents to store sufficient water in advance and use it sparingly during the interruption.
