The railway crossing on the Coastal Railway Line near Justin Akbar Mawatha in the Kompannavidiya Police Division will be completely closed from 9:30 a.m. today (12) until 3:00 p.m. tomorrow (13) due to repair work.
The Sri Lanka Railways Department said the closure is necessary to facilitate the repair work at the railway crossing.
Police have requested motorists and pedestrians to use the flyover during the closure period.
