The Disaster Management Centre (DMC) says 115,534 people have been affected by dry weather conditions across Sri Lanka.
According to the DMC, the affected population comprises 35,149 families across seven districts.
The Monaragala District has recorded the highest impact, with 41,360 people affected by the prevailing dry weather conditions, the DMC said.
