Under the first phase, a total of Rs. 9,357,346,250 (approximately Rs. 9.36 billion) will be credited to the bank accounts of 1,012,812 beneficiary families.

Meanwhile, under the second phase, 211,647 beneficiary families will receive a total of Rs. 2,468,250,000 (approximately Rs. 2.47 billion) through their designated Aswesuma bank accounts today.

In total, 1,224,459 families will receive Rs. 11,825,596,250 (approximately Rs. 11.83 billion) in Aswesuma welfare benefits under the two phases on July 15, according to the Welfare Benefits Board.
