Court of Appeal to rule on Yoshitha Rajapaksa’s petition on July 3

The Court announced that its decision on the petition will be delivered on July 3.

During the hearing, Attorney-at-Law Hafeez Faris appeared on behalf of Yoshitha Rajapaksa and presented submissions before the court. Deputy Solicitor General Janaka Bandara appeared for the Attorney General and made submissions on behalf of the State.
