Under the revised prices, a 400g packet of imported milk powder has been increased by Rs. 50, while a 1kg packet has gone up by Rs. 125.
Importers stated that the price hike was due to rising global market prices and increased import-related costs.
Accordingly, consumers can expect higher retail prices for several imported milk powder brands available in the local market.
