Speaking in Parliament today (19), the Deputy Minister stated that the decision aims to minimize unnecessary fuel usage and ensure equitable distribution across different vehicle categories.
He also outlined the revised fuel quotas allocated for each type of vehicle as follows:
- Car – 25 litres
- Three-wheeler – 20 litres
- Van – 50 litres
- Motorcycle – 8 litres
- Bus – 100 litres
