Yesterday (13), flooding at the Aluthgama-Matugama interchange led to the temporary closure of the Colombo-bound entrance, Colombo-bound exit and Galle-bound exit for light vehicles.
Police said the Welipenna interchange was reopened after floodwaters receded.
