President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, To Lam, arrived at the Sri Lanka Parliament a short while ago.
He was received at the Parliamentary complex with official honours as part of his ongoing state visit to Sri Lanka.
The visit to Parliament forms part of the Vietnamese leader’s engagements aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and enhancing cooperation between the two countries.
