The Department said that for the 2026 Yala season, unmixed urea fertilizer will be distributed only through Agrarian Service Centers for paddy fields.
All Agrarian Development Officers across the country have been instructed to issue fertilizer strictly according to the area cultivated by each farmer. Fertilizer will be provided only after confirming that the land is being used for paddy cultivation or based on decisions made in seasonal meetings.
