During the meeting, the Minister briefed the Chief Prelates—Thibbatuwawe Sri Siddhartha Sumangala and Warakagoda Sri Gnanarathana—about the upcoming State Oil Anointing Ceremony and formally invited them to attend the event.
Additional Secretary (Administration) of the Ministry of Health and Mass Media, Dr. U.S.K. Denawatte, Additional Secretary (Development) Dr. Samanthi Ranasinghe, Commissioner General of Ayurveda A. M. G. N. Deepthi Sumanasena, and Chairman of the Sri Lanka Ayurvedic Drugs Corporation, Geethamani C. Karunaratne, were also present on the occasion.
